CMO - Common Market Organization for agricultural products
In order to take the given circumstances into account, Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 was revised and recast in Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013!
This long-discussed version of the Single CMO aims to harmonize, streamline and simplify the provisions applicable to several sectors. This Regulation replaces Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007. However, individual provisions still apply:
Article 113a(4), Articles 114, 115 and 116, Articles 117(1) to (4) and Article 121(e)(IV), as well as points 2 and 3 of Section I of Part B of Annex Points 1, 3, 5 and 6 and point IV point 2 for the purposes of the application of those Articles until the date of application of the relevant marketing rules established by means of delegated acts referred to in Article 75(2), Article 76(4), Article 78(3) and 4, Articles 79(1), 80(4), 83(4), 86, 87(2), 88(3) and 89 of this Regulation;
