Office hours and service

Announcement acc. to Section 13 para. 5 General Administrative Procedures Act (AVG):

Office hours:
Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except on statutory holidays and on Good Friday,
December 24 and December 31, from 8:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Service:
Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 and from 1.00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00, except statutory holidays. Other times by Agreement.

Citizens Service

The Ombudsman and his Citizens Service team will be pleased to receive your concerns and to answer your questions concerning agriculture, forestry, regions and water management.

Your questions will be answered by the Ombuds Office in close cooperation with the experts of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Regions and Water Management.

The Ombuds Office can be reached by telephone from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Service telephone: 0810/200 900 (at local rate in Austria).
